On Monday, I did something that was incredibly thrilling to me. Something that felt so expansive in my body that chills kept running up and down my spine. You wanna guess what it was?

Bees are such a wise, matriarchal species and there are SO many reasons to love them (one of them being that they're probably the reason you had breakfast this morning LOL). So today I wanted to share a breathwork technique with you that I came across recently. It's an homage to the beautiful bees and an excellent way to come back to your body.

I was at my computer when I heard my phone buzz. Usually I have it on Do Not Disturb, and that was the case yesterday, but somehow this call got through. Thought I should take a look. It was the dermatologist's office.
