Happy Taurus season! If you're like me, you LIVE for this time of year. Fresh flowers everywhere, dewy mornings, and a touch of warmth in the air.
And if you so happen to be a Gemini, also like me, it might be the time of year that you start getting reflective.
With my 30th birthday on the horizon, I've been contemplating my 20s, as one does when a decade is about to culminate LOL.
And if I had to choose a word to describe my 20s, it'd be LEAP.
Cuz the leaps of faith I made still make my jaw drop...
Studying abroad in Spain and Peru even though I used to be scared of spending even a few weeks in a different country other than Mexico...
Graduating then going to live in San Francisco to intern for free at an organization I loved with no promise of any advancement...
Shaving my head on my 23rd birthday...
Getting promoted to Executive Director of that organization then moving abroad to head operations for two years in Panama, their main international base...
Leaving that job to start my own business and travel Asia, Europe, and South America for a year with my sister...
Investing loads of money in myself and my business...
Moving to New York even though I wasn't "stable" yet...
Creating and launching programs like Rich & Soulful Coach, the Queen Bee Hive, and the High Priestess Coaching Package...
And so much more...
The biggest leap of faith though? Birthing my business.
Especially because I was "only" 25. Too young?
Maybe for some people. But I positioned myself as an expert from the very get go because I knew I had a lot to give, share, and teach.
If you've ever thought you were too young, too old, or too anything to be considered an expert in your field, this video is for you.
In it, I share...
How to translate your real-world experience into expertise.
Three questions to help you spell out your superpowers on paper.
Examples of how I positioned myself as an expert when I first started out.
Click here to watch and remember that no one benefits from you doubting yourself and your abilities. Put your focus on those you want to serve and what THEY need and you'll always master your craft :)
All my love,
Kimberly
