Happy Valentine's Day!
I hope you're feeling a loving warmth in your heart today, whether it's love for yourself, love for another, or love in general <3
And I'm laughing thinking of warmth right now cuz I got back from Brazil two days ago where it was in the 80s and feeling like 90s...
But this morning, I woke up at 5:30am and went to an OUTDOORS early morning dance party in NYC with Angelo and some friends where it was in the 20s feeling like 10 LOL.
I bought the tickets without knowing we were gonna be communing with the elements. Imagine my shock yesterday when I got the preparation email being like dress VERY warmly (UM...WHAT?!?).
Top of the Rock (aka the top of Rockefeller Center) isn't known for being an indoors space but I thought we'd be in a part with glass walls and enclosures instead of wind rippling over my hair and face...oh well!
I guess that's what my turtleneck sweater, two fleeces, puffy vest, and winter coat are for right? Haha omg. I was BUNDLED. And also had a way better time than I expected <3
We're not done being out in the cold though cuz tonight, Angelo and I are gonna go see Tina Fey and Amy Poehler do stand-up together. I'M SO EXCITED OMG. Mean Girls + Clinton/Palin genius duo coming to LYFE.
Typical winter Wednesday? Not really cuz on days like these, I normally like to drink a lot of hot water and get cozy on the couch but hey, you gotta switch things up every once in awhile, right?
I love that I'm able to do that when I really want to, which is one of the reasons why I'm in love with my business (not just you Angelo lol)!
My business allows me the freedom to travel without asking for permission, go to a morning dance party and leisurely get brunch afterwards if I want to, celebrate the day with my Valentine, and so much more.
I feel peaceful and secure taking time off, which is such a gift cuz yes, working hard is part of the game and so is working your freedom!
So today, I've got a few questions for you...
What would falling in love with your business or career truly look like for you? What desires would be met? What money would be in the bank? What kinds of people would surround you?
I'd love to know so hit reply, type out any answers that come to mind, and send them my way! I read every message :)
One final note: Valentine's Day may be silly, but loving your life is definitely not! See if you can find a way to let today or any day this week bring you some warm, fuzzy feelings, even if it's just for a few seconds <3
