I hope it brings you a big, deep sigh of relief because when you feel good, your mind quiets, your stomach relaxes, and you can do your best work.

As a coach and energy healer for women in business, I see people struggle with money anxiety all the time. Even after big wins like landing a new client or renewing another, thoughts tend to come up like, "Where's the next one gonna come from?" or "It's not enough." If you've ever thought these things, you're not alone. And it's not your fault!

I'm writing this with a beautiful altar to my side as an homage to my Mexican grandmother, Abuelita Blanca, full name Blanca Rosa González de Ruiz. She's the first entrepreneur I ever met, a strong AF woman, and, oddly, I feel closer to her now than I did when she was alive. This was confirmed, yet again, on Friday when I was in a virtual breathwork session with my friend, and fellow half-Mexican, Nicole Quintana-Wolf.

Two weeks into 2020, on a mid-January New York City night, I sat down to have dinner with one of my favorite people in the world: Susie Moore. She had just moved to Miami exactly as I moved to NY (sad lol) and was in town for a bit, so we decided to meet up.

As of Monday, Mercury came out of retrograde and is officially direct. Same with Jupiter, woo! We’re slowly but surely coming out of the retrograde cray. So funny cuz two days into Mercury retrograde, friends were asking me, “Is Mercury in retrograde?” And when I said yes, they were surprised. Like their intuition just KNEW.

If you're anything like me, you get DOWN on any dance floor, especially if they've got some T-Pain or Cardi B playing. LOL. One time, in college, I went so hard that I got kicked out of a frat party cuz I was dancing too crazy. When I was like, "I'm not drunk, just dancing!" they kicked me out anyways. HA.

Have you been feeling a bit of decision fatigue and information overload? You know - that DO more, DECIDE more, and the desire for NO more? Of ANYTHING - except maybe ice cream or pizza LOL.

Is your work day fun? Like is there an element of play in it? If not, it's not your fault. We've been taught that being professional is the way to go, which traditionally means wearing black, or putting your hair back, or being a little more boring than you are with your friends.

Ever played that game Kimberly? Total THROWBACK right? Literally haven't thought about those 'kissing in the closet' shenanigans since I was 13...and I never participated cuz I wasn't invited to those "cool kid" parties, but always felt like maybe it'd be fun?

As a kid, I spent almost every summer in Mexico, where my mom is from, and at the time, I thought it was normal to come from two different cultures, two different languages, have parents that came from two different countries.
