My 1st Time in Maine + Fall Equinox Activation ๐Ÿ

This past weekend, Angelo and I roadtripped up to Maine to visit Acadia State Park. Mountains, beaches, forests, and ponds...everywhere we looked there was another nature masterpiece!

We both entered this park with anticipation, but had no clue it would be the most majestic landscape we've ever seen on the East Coast. Angelo even said that the pictures we took look like paintings!

The day before we went to the park though, there was a full-blown hurricane sweeping through the Northeast. We actually weren't even sure if we'd get to go to Acadia at all as we lingered all day in our hotel room, watching the rain come down relentlessly...

And when we drove to the park the next day, we noticed fallen trees, debris, and even flooding in some areas, one of which we had to slowly drive through.

We also saw fall leaves with red and yellow mixed among the green...nature's reminder that nothing lasts forever and with the old sweeping out the new can sweep in.

The hurricane and its effects plus the Fall Equinox coming up this weekend reminds me that it's the perfect time to do like nature and let some things go. Is there anything you want to say goodbye to?

That could range from a project or an obligation to a relationship or a state of mind. Whatever you decide, let it feel like a sigh of relief in the body and know that you can let it float out of your life like an autumn leaf whenever it feels right for you. There's no rush in nature, all in divine timing.
