I went to brunch with a friend this weekend and after we dove into delicious dishes like green shakshuka and a sweet summer corn dip, we started talking about a business idea that had popped into her life recently...
As she told me about it, her body got all tingly...she even started burping a little (another sign of energy moving lol)!
Both of us were in this state of activation and excitement because this idea, this vision, felt so important...something that she wants to give full focus to very soon.
Ever feel like that? An idea so good that you feel it in your bones...the energy of it coursing through you...something that makes it a no-brainer to say YES, I need to do this!
My friend even mentioned that it felt like the Universe was choosing her for it specifically. "Thank you for choosing me," she said out loud when she had the lightbulb moment a few weeks ago...wow. So powerful.
